Safety & supervision

We deliver, set up and securely anchor every castle, then walk you through the safety basics before we leave. A few things to plan for:

Adult supervision required
A responsible adult must supervise the castle at all times while it’s in use. Keep group sizes sensible and similar ages bouncing together.
Surface & space
Set up on flat grass or a hard surface with clear space around all sides. We need access to a power point within reach of the blower.
Weather guidance
Castles can’t be used safely in high winds or heavy rain. If the forecast turns, we’ll be in touch to reschedule — safety always comes first.
